This Newport Beach Newborn session was pure sweetness! Baby Luca was such a joy. I loved creating these memories for his family, who are now part of the Story Book Collective. I can’t wait to spend the next year documenting his growth and milestones.

Meet baby Luca. His mother, Marina, has followed me on social media for what feels like forever now. When she became pregnant with baby number three, she knew right away she wanted to become a Collective Member despite living in the greater LA area. It always humbles me beyond words when families travel such a distance to work with me, and I’m so grateful for each and every one of them!
I couldn’t be more thrilled that they’ve committed to four sessions over the next year to commemorate their first year as a family of five! I loved every minute of this first session with them and getting to know their sweet family!
Before our first session, we met over Zoom for our pre-session styling appointment. We were able to order a few new pieces ahead of time. We found the perfect outfit for their daughter to bring together the pieces from the Client Wardrobe.
During their scheduled session day, Marina arrived at the studio a little early for her appointment with our in-house hair and makeup artist, Shanon! Shanon is a gem, and I’m so excited to share more about her and our process next week!

This family has chosen a series of albums (his First Year Library) as a keepsake as he grows! One day he can even pass them on to his own family.
