I am so thrilled this precious family has chosen to become a First Year Storybook Member. I’ve known Rebecca my entire life and now get the honor of watching their sweet family grow.
Becoming a First-Year Storybook Member
As a First Year Storybook Member, you have the opportunity to document your baby’s first year in a cohesive and beautiful way. At the end of our time together, we will have created your child’s first heirloom. Together we will create a collection of portraits from some of their most significant milestones.
To start their collection, Rebecca wanted a maternity session in the studio. We made her portrait dreams come true with a moody backdrop for half the session. We had the best time, and I was beyond thrilled to welcome them back to my Newport Beach studio to celebrate their baby boy! They even invited a couple of extra special guests for part of their session, baby Edge’s great grandmother.
Baby Edge’s Newborn Session
Edge was the picture-perfect baby for his session. At just two weeks new, he slept throughout the session even after a two hour car ride and was such an easy-going little man. Mom got pampered in the studio by Shanon before the session, and Dad happily filmed all the behind-the-scenes moments.
While it can sometimes be hard to get out of the house with a newborn, I was so happy they were able to make the two-hour early morning trip to the studio! They’ve been dream clients from the start. I can’t wait to continue watching sweet baby Edge grow over the next year.
I am so happy they are so loyal to the studio, and I have loved being part of every new chapter. Next up is his first milestone session. I can’t wait to see how much he’s learning in a few months!
